This video was filmed a week after I saw the show in London, so it's a really great souvenir of that performance for me! All the cast is the same, and it felt like it could have even been the same performance I saw. :-) All in all, I really enjoyed this! The cast are very good, especially Brent Barrett and Rachel York. Some of the acting was a little too "big" for TV - but it played better live. Also, some of the stunts, like Michael Berresse's amazing climb up the scenery in "Bianca" doesn't quite have the same effect as it does in the theatre. But those are just some minor quibbles with what is otherwise a very fine recording of a good production. I wish they did this for every show!
