First seen in 1968, Joseph is one of the most-performed shows in the world, having been staged in more than 13 different countries. It has also been performed in over 15,000 schools!

The first major London production opened November 8, 1972 at the Roundhouse Theatre. The original Broadway production opened at the Royale Theatre in New York on January 27, 1982, playing until September 4, 1983. A revival was seen at the Minskoff Theatre from November 10, 1993 to May 29, 1994. A major revival also played in London at the Palladium Theatre in 1990/91.

The show can currently be seen at the New London Theatre in London, as well as on tour in the U.K.
