A church benefit banjo concert goes awry when the banjo goes missing. To save the day, Bertie Wooster must improvise a story to pass the time until the new banjo arrives, assisted as always by his butler, Jeeves. Read the complete synopsis.

Probably about half the show is spoken, but if you're interested in the songs, take a look at the lyrics from the London recording.

P.G. Wodehouse's stories of the inane Bertie Wooster and the force behind him, Jeeves, have been a feature of the common literary consciousness for quite some time. Take a look at a bit more about the author and his books.

Originally titled Jeeves, this show has had a number of different incarnations. Find out more about the development of the musical.

I first became familiar with this show through the 1996 recording, and still enjoy listening to it, as well as the new Broadway cast recording. Read my reviews of the CDs, or listen to a clip from one of my favourite songs.

I wasn't sure that I'd ever see this show on stage, and then it, unexpectedly (at least for me!) came to Broadway! So I did get to see it. :-)

Though there haven't really been any big theatre "stars" in this show, I really enjoy a lot of the people who have been in it! Read more about a few of my favourites.

Once you're done looking around here, check out some of the other By Jeeves sites that are out there.
