Original Cast Recording. I didn't actually get this recording until after I'd seen the show on stage, and I have to say, if I had heard it before, it would have helped a *lot* in understand the lyrics when I saw the show. :-) However, even if you haven't seen it on stage, this CD is still a lot of fun! The music is really varied, and catchy, with some very pretty moments, and the lyrics are witty and smart. The cast is great, especially Deven May, Kerry Butler and Kaitlin Hopkins. It's a great introduction to the show, and if you can accept the off-the-wall humour, I'm sure you'll enjoy it!
